Consultation for upcoming 850/900 MHz auction
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is consulting on draft legislative instruments for its upcoming 850/900 MHz band auction. It welcomes comments on the key issues, the draft instruments and other matters raised in the consultation paper by Monday, 24 May 2021.
Together, the instruments define what is being sold at auction, how the auction will be conducted and the technical requirements for the operation of devices under the 850/900 MHz band spectrum licences.
