RSM receives 300+ spectrum submissions
Following its call for feedback on which bands might be used for 5G spectrum, and their allocation, New Zealand’s Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) has announced that it received more than 300 submissions.
In a note on its website, RSM said that the submissions fell mainly into two categories — the future of the 600 MHz band and the potential health effects of 5G technology.
The full list of submissions can be viewed on the RSM website.
New Zealand expects 5G services to begin operation around the year 2020.
