Polish police use DMR radios for public safety
Police in the administrative district of Silesia in Poland will now be equipped with Hytera radios to assist in public safety. Hytera's Polish partner RTcom received the order late last year to supply Polish police with DMR radios and accessories.
Silesia’s is the first Polish police force to use radios from Hytera and the radios will be used in the existing Polish DMR police mobile radio network, together with the devices from other manufacturers.
Silesia’s police are now using almost 300 of the DMR PD785G radios and Hytera has also supplied 32 6-x charging stations (MCA06).
The PD785G radios were selected because of their extensive scope of functions that met all technical requirements and provided good price-performance ratio.
