Video: UK committee discusses ESN problems

Having already sat previously to consider problems associated with the UK’s new Emergency Services Network (ESN), the Committee of Public Accounts held an extra session at the beginning of February to hear new submissions.

Witnesses giving testimony at the session included Mark Sedwill CMG, Permanent Secretary, and Stephen Webb, Senior Responsible Officer, Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme, Home Office.
