The airClient Total 551 (sB3416) series of customer premise equipment (CPE) is designed to allow communication service providers to establish end-to-end wireless connectivity in the licence-free UNII 5.xGHz bands.

Supplied with an 18 dBi integrated antenna, the OFDM-based client radio is designed for out-of-the-box NrLOS installations up to 6 km from the base station. 10 km distance connectivity is also possible with an optional external antenna connected to the N-type antenna connector. Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure, the CPE is intended to deliver reliable performance in all climatic conditions.

The device allows remote upgrading to higher data throughputs and newer software features. With its management and networking features, onboard bandwidth control support, QoS and interference mitigation technologies, the device is designed for service providers deploying large and scalable networks.
