433 MHz radio modem

The IntegraOne radio modem is a 433 MHz licence-free OEM radio module for use in transport, industrial and building automation applications and can be integrated into data radio network solutions with minimal design effort.

The modem features FSK modulation data rates up to 40 Kbps and a receiver sensitivity of -100 dBm. Power supply requirements are 3 to 5 V and less than 5 µA standby current.

Configuration is performed using Hayes commands on the TTL RS232 interface. Choice of six over-the-air protocol modes is provided to implement radio network topologies.
