TTM Technologies’ XMWT80L1G is a flip-chip, surface-mountable, 50Ω RF termination with a power rating of 0.5 W (average) and a peak-to-average ratio of 12 dB. The thick film ALN component has a bandwidth of DC-81 GHz and is specifically designed to replace larger, bulkier caseless and connectorised terminations used in the test and measurement and automated test equipment industries.
The product’s small form factor (EIA 0603) makes it suitable for high I/O mmWave semiconductors and systems in test, verification and certification applications. It is designed for performance consistency, which is a critical factor in automotive and industrial radar applications in the 60–81 GHz bands.
