The Moovbox M100 Mobile Broadband Gateway is an in-vehicle communications device that delivers ethernet, Wi-Fi and GPS over a range of carrier-class backhaul networks.

Whether for internet services on public transport or secure VPN connectivity for public safety vehicles, the gateway works wherever there is cellular data coverage. It supports plug-and-play operation with WAN technologies, including 3G UMTS/HSPA TD-CDMA and WiMAX 802.16e.

Drawing power from a vehicle’s electrical system, the bulkhead-mounted device features external connectors for an in-cabin Wi-Fi antenna as well as a dashboard, window or roof mounting cellular and GPS antenna. It supports a single third party WAN radio in PCMCIA/Cardbus or Express/34 form factor at frequencies from 850 MHz to 2.1 GHz (3G UMTS and HSPA); 2.3 to 2.5 GHz and 3.4 to 3.6 GHz (TD-CDMA and WiMAX); and 4.9 GHz (public safety).
