Communications Electronic Technicians from the RAAF No. 453 Squadron Remote Antenna Maintenance (RAM) team recently installed a communications antenna at RAAF Base Glenbrook, west of Sydney. The antenna is part of a new system that replaces legacy equipment, ensuring reliable communications for the base Emergency Operations Centre.

The No. 453 Squadron RAM team deploys to various locations across Australia to maintain, remove and install communication and antenna systems, supporting customers including Aerospace Operational Support Group and Combat Support Group.
